Suega33 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

Please read this document carefully. By registering for or using any part of the suega33 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and suega33 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by suega33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document and related documents such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Acceptance of these terms is absolute and unconditional. Continued use of the suega33 platform following any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of the latest version.

2Account Registration

To use suega33's services in full, you are required to register one valid account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.
• Confirming that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested, including submitting a copy of a valid identification document.
• Ensuring that you register only one account. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

Suega33 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration suspected of containing false or incomplete information, or of failing to meet the eligibility requirements set out.

3Deposit & Payment

Suega33 supports a wide range of deposit methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and other digital wallets listed on the platform. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined based on the selected payment method and the member's account tier.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds do not earn any interest and cannot be transferred to another member's account.
• Suega33 is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Every deposit transaction will be recorded and can be reviewed in the transaction history on your account dashboard.

4Fund Withdrawal

Members are entitled to withdraw eligible funds from their suega33 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full KYC process before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirement will be forfeited if a member chooses to withdraw before the rollover conditions are fulfilled.
• Suega33 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes on withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours for digital methods, and up to 1 business day for manual bank transfers.

5Bonus & Promotions

Suega33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and limits as follows:

• Each bonus has its own rollover (re-wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Suega33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the promotions system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account suspended.

6Game Rules

All games available on the suega33 platform are operated using independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. By playing on suega33, you agree that:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round ends and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unrelated to a system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, suega33 will use system logs to determine the game status and reach a fair decision.
• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started, unless a technical error occurs on the platform's end.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface.
• Suega33 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time based on business requirements or technical issues.

7Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or termination, as well as legal action where applicable:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Owning or operating more than one account, or sharing an account with another individual.
• Any form of money laundering through deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of suega33.
• Spreading false information about the suega33 platform to other members or to the general public.
• Lending or transferring your account balance to another member in any form.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected solely for purposes related to account operation and service delivery.

• All data is stored on encryption-protected servers and accessed only by authorised personnel.
• Members have the right to request a copy of the data we hold or to request its deletion in accordance with applicable policies.

9Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, suega33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of using the platform, whether directly or indirectly.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party information displayed on the platform.

Suega33 always strives to keep the platform running without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times due to unavoidable technical factors and maintenance.

10Account Closure

Suega33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any of the terms stated in this document.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Information submitted during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account inactive beyond the period specified by suega33's internal policy.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding issues on the account.

11Responsible Gaming

Suega33 takes social responsibility seriously. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that members can set themselves via the account dashboard.
• Configurable session time limits to restrict the duration of each gaming session.
• A voluntary cool-off option for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• A long-term self-exclusion option for members who feel they need an extended break.

12Term Amendments & Governing Law

Suega33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant amendments are made, we will notify members via:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the suega33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the suega33 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
